Lemon Balm is a bee friendly perennial herb that has been used since ancient times. The leaves have a wonderful lemon scent, are excellent in iced tea, & can be used chopped in salads & soups. A neat, compact plant with oval leaves and small flowers that is also helpful is repelling mosquitos.
